Expert business leader, developer of a value-driven consultancy and associating with social change partners in UK/global space. I have spent a rewarding 25 year career developing services where people need help to change behaviour and grow. I come up with more efficient ways to work where justice, health, social care, education, employability and housing come together. I analyse using 'social return on investment made' criteria so savings and impact are clear and deliverable, I then project-plan and mobilise the change or project on time and in budget. I do all this working with leaders in organisations across all sectors leaving a continuous improvement legacy.

I have a BSc in Psychology from University of London and I have over the last 3 years been conducting PhD research on social impact products with Manchester University. This research is looking at social impact products, commercial/public investment and project implementation/measured value to wider society. I believe in changing the narrative.
