Margaret Adams

Margaret Adams has almost 40 years’ experience working in the Social and Justice sectors and her career has been characterised by her Leadership of high-profile Transformation Projects including design and implementation of the original national End-to-End Offender Management model and reducing violence in specialist Prison Close Supervision Centres accommodating the most dangerous and disruptive prisoners in the system. More recently Margaret has established her own company Magistra, focusing on Creating Restorative Cultures in organisations to improve workplace environments and performance and delivering the Restorative Lives Project in partnerships with VRUs and HMPPS to help people make positive changes in their lives and reduce reoffending.
