Day of Hope 2023

About the Event

The day of Hope is a UK wide day of youth social action given official status on the date of Damilola Taylor’s birth by then PM Boris Johnson.

Every year a national campaign is created around young people’s hopes and ambitions for the future

This year the theme is in sync with the Reimagined project and will see events happening around the UK with an online campaign based on young people’s hopes for a fairer society amplified by Hope collective partner organisations UK Youth, NCS and the I Will campaign ambassadors.
